How does our green car technology work?
Making green energy isn’t as hard as it used to be. All of our automotive green technology uses the same principle: make your engine more efficient so it burns more fuel and wastes less. It’s not rocket science.
How does the HHO Tek Platinum Fuel Saver work?
Our system consists of a molded plastic container (about the size of a video tape at 7" high x 4" wide x 1" thick), which holds the pre-measured Platinum formula. Platinum is a natural element (number 78 on the periodic table). Platinum an excellent catalyst which is why it is used in catalytic convertors.
The engine vacuum draws Platinum in the form of a vapor from the Platinum solution into the intake manifold where it joins the air fuel-air mixture entering the engine. The standard catalytic converter process takes place outside of the engine where, unfortunately, the energy produced cannot be harnessed to power the vehicle. The Platinum in the HHO Tek FUEL SAVER system works the same way that the Platinum in your catalytic converter works to cause the unburned fuel that has left the engine to burn. With Platinum in the combustion chambers, more of each gallon of fuel burns inside the engine so that fewer gallons are required to drive the same distance.
Catalysts are an essential part of any emission control strategy. Traditionally, catalysts are used in solid-state form to treat the exhaust stream after leaving the engine. HHO Tek into the air-stream catalyst approach is unique in that it brings catalytic action into the combustion chamber through the air to act not only in the solid state, but also in the liquid and gaseous states. The unique three-phase catalytic action of HHO Tek in the engine provides three key combustion mechanisms, contributing to a new level of performance and emission control:
Solid state: Small amounts of the catalysts are deposited on the metal surfaces of the combustion chamber, promoting a uniform flame front by catalytic activation throughout the combustion cycle.
Liquid state: The homogenous distribution of the catalyst within the fuel allows for a faster burn at a lower temperature. Platinum Plus catalysts are fully fuel-soluble, rather than suspensions. In this way, using Platinum Plus avoids the potential for inconsistent combustion from non-uniform catalyst dispersion, storage instabilities or mechanical wear or injector clogging effects.
Gaseous state: Catalyzation effects continue through the vapor phase to provide complete combustion. Our patented platinum-cerium formulations work synergistically, with platinum as a highly effective oxidation initiator and the cerium co-catalyst as an efficient oxygen carrier.
